The rise of Woodstock-adjacent experiences have taken off with the millennial crowd, particularly as headlining acts have diversified, lodging accommodations have gotten more convenient, and social media buzz stirs up feelings of anticipation and even FOMO. This popularity hasn’t just benefitted festival goers, though; the rise of festival season has come with financial benefits for the host cities as well.
With friends, nature, camping, crafts, activities, and good music, you’re bound to experience a full spectrum of emotions and make memories that last a lifetime. Try SOCIAL to make new friends but keep the old, ACTIVE to dance the night away, CHILL to vibe out between sets, or FOCUS to partake in creative festival activities. You can also take your festival experience into your own hands with an OLO QUARTET – a little bit of everything, wherever you are, whenever you’re ready. Here’s what you shouldn’t miss out on:
If you’re looking to #getSOCIAL, head to: Outside Lands
Outside Lands brings a weekend of music, food, and influence to San Francisco for yet another year on August 9-11. Headliners include Childish Gambino, Kygo, and Blink-182. On-site vendors include Bay Area seafood staples from Woodhouse Fish Co. as well as trendy drinks and eats, such as boba tea! Other festival activities range from comedy shows to shopping courtesy of West Coast Craft. Take an OLO Social sublingual cannabis strip and let your Outside Lands vibes naturally attract your tribe.
If community bonding and organizing is your thing, you may want to #getFocus for: Reggae on the River
From August 2-4, High Times is presenting Reggae on the River in Humboldt County’s French’s Camp. This year’s lineup has yet to be announced, but previous years have showcased some of reggae’s best, including Sly & Robbie, Sizzla, Protoje, Slightly Stoopid, and Nattali Rize. Be sure to pack a few OLO Focus sublingual cannabis strips and learn how to get up, stand up, and stand up for your rights.
Tighten your cowboy hat and #getACTIVE for: Country Summer
For six years, Country Summer Music Festival has been bringing the world’s best country acts to Santa Rosa, CA for three days of singing, dancing, and camping. This year, the all-ages festival runs from June 14-16 at the Sonoma County Event Center at the Fairgrounds and features headliners Tim McGraw, Jake Owen, and Old Dominion. Enjoy the festival’s music throughout the day from the main stage or from your very own RV Camp on the campground site. Come back later in the evening to watch the space convert into an after party dance hall. Keep an OLO Active sublingual cannabis strip handy, lasso up your closest friends, and get ready to break in those cowboy boots.
Kick back and #getCHILL at: Rolling Loud Los Angeles
One of Miami’s best festivals just hit Los Angeles last year! Rolling Loud Los Angeles hosted a slew of acts, including Playboi Carti, Kodak Black, Lil Baby, Gunna, Wiz Khalifa, 21 Savage, and more. For a music festival embodying all things cannabis culture, grab a box of OLO Chill sublingual cannabis strips and kick back with some like-minded folks.
Try it all! Grab an OLO Quartet for: KAABOO Del Mar
From September 13th-15th, KAABOO Del Mar brings the unstoppable forces of comfort, music, cuisine, and art, to the San Diego area for what they call an adult exhibition.
