The website is owned and operated by Project Yosemite, Inc. (“OLO” or “we,” “our” or “us”). OLO does not collect or store your credit card information. If you choose to make an online purchase from OLO, you may be given the option to make payment directly on our online platform or by being redirected to the website of a third-party payment processor. Either way, your submission of payment information will be received and managed by a third-party payment processor. At present, OLO uses PayPal to process payments, however we reserve the right to change to another third-party payment processor at any time. We do not review your credit card information, whether you submit it directly on a payment page of our Service or whether you submit it on a third-party website. (c) Postings You Make

We use commercially reasonable and industry standard security technologies and safeguards to protect the information that we collect and use. We also expect our service providers to protect information in the same manner. However, no data transmission over the Internet, mobile networks, wireless transmission or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us.

5. What If I Live Outside Of The United States?

Our Service is operated in the United States and intended for users located in the United States. The privacy and data protection laws in the United States differ from those of other countries. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that the information that we collect will be transferred to and processed, stored, and used in the United States, and that by using our Service, you consent to such transfers and processing.

6. What About Children's Privacy?

Our Service is intended for general audiences ages twenty-one (21) and over, and we do not knowingly seek or collect personal information from person’s under the age of twenty-one (21). In accordance with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act, in the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age thirteen (13) without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
